I’m trying to decide on the most visually appealing recipe I can find/know of.
I’m entering a cooking competition through my school and If I win I get an apprenticeship with Adam D’Sylva at CODA which would probably be the sickest place I could ever dream of working first up.
Super nervous and I haven’t even entered yet, but have about 2 days to, eek!
I made baked chicken with tomatoes, capsicum, black olives, garlic and basil, with a side of watermelon salad and mini cherry jam & cream tarts with mixed berries for my ladies tonight, it was awesome.
